(1) Name of the Post : Deputy Construction Manager (Power Plant).
Vacancies : 01 (One)
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
Experience : 15-20 years of experience in leadership role in construction in large coal based power plant construction • Proven experience in delivering large coal projects on time in India and abroad desirable. • Additional experience is O&M of large coal based project will be treated as advantage. • Experience in project risk management for large coal power plant project will be treated as advantage.
Job Description : On time completion of the Power Plant and within Budget. • Adhering to construction and commissioning schedules for various equipment of the project. • Adhering to construction time / schedules for civil, mechanical and electrical and C&I construction work. • Liaison effectively with senior leadership, staff, government agencies, and local authorities. • Execute construction and commissioning of the plant with “Zero” LTI. • Implementation global engineering, construction, commissioning and safety standards and practices. . • Implementation of EHS requirements at power plant Site. • Complete the project with the expected level of Quality.
(2) Name of the Post : Manager (Civil) – Community Infrastructure.

Qualification : Master/ Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering/ Construction.
Experience : At least 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience is required at the state/ national level in the areas of construction and/ or community infrastructure work. • • Familiar with Total Station for conducting survey, recording levels, giving lay-out etc. • Analyze survey reports, maps, drawings blueprints aerial photography, material testing data & other topographical or geologic data to plan project. • Drawing up blueprints, using computer aided design (cad) packages. • Knowledge in preparing estimate quantities & cost of material, equipment & labour considering the Analysis of Rate & Schedule of Rate of Govt. of Odisha to determine project feasibility. • Knowledge in studying drawing for giving Layout installations & establish reference points, grades, & elevations to guide construction. • Knowledge in preparation and scrutiny of Contractor’s bill.
Job Description : Practical coordination of community infrastructure project activities and resources (human, financial, physical / material assets, etc) in order to meet expected results; • Designing local infrastructure development project with the help of communities and community leaders, proposal outlines and final Work Orders/ agreements; • Assist and consult the local authorities and community groups in assessing, preparing and supervising qualitative aspects of carrying out of civil works, contract fulfillment monitoring and periodical evaluation during implementation process of projects; • Establish in-house monitoring and evaluation systems as well as monitor and follow up on local development projects progress related to civil works; and • Ensure timely submission of financial and activity reports with the help of communities and sub-contractors and ensure harmonized reporting on key performance indicators.
(3) Name of the Post : Junior Security Coordinator.

Qualification : Graduate and/or equivalent qualification.
Experience : 5 to 7 years of operational or construction security experience with a reputed security company or security position with a military branch or other security focused field • Track record of implemented security programs that achieved and demonstrated a record of achievement in past positions • Fluent in English, Hindi & Odia.
Job Description : Implements the OPGC II program security plan. • Works under very general supervision • Independently determines and develops approaches to security mitigation plans and solutions • As required, will oversee and ensures security service providers are effectively supervised and that their services remain compliant and to a standard outlined by OPGC II • Provides statistical reports as defined by organization policies • Ensures accepted security programs, standards, codes and regulations are applied to personnel and construction activities.
